All meals are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain proper temperature during transit.

Delivery Timing

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to route schedules, traffic, or weather conditions. Most deliveries occur between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, though timing can vary.

Access & Delivery Instructions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including gate codes or special access instructions. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect information.

Shipping Delays

While uncommon, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as weather or carrier issues). Our packaging is designed to keep meals properly chilled during transit.

Missed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or lack of access, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
