Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our meals are freshly prepared and produced to order, all sales are final.

Weekly Order Cut-Off

All orders, changes, skips, or pauses must be made before 12:00 AM (midnight) on Friday prior to the delivery week.
Any order active after this time is considered confirmed and will move into production.

No Refunds After Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed, no refunds or credits can be provided, including for accidental orders, forgotten skips, or changes in availability.

Subscription Management

Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions and making any updates before the weekly cut-off. Orders not adjusted in time cannot be refunded.

Exceptions

In the rare case of a verified quality or fulfillment issue on our end, we’re happy to review and assist.
