Not everything is 100% organic, but we prioritize clean, high-quality sourcing and avoid heavily processed ingredients.

We offer local delivery throughout South Florida and ship nationwide.

When are meals delivered?

Local deliveries are made twice per week, and shipped orders arrive once per week depending on your location.

How long do meals stay fresh?

Meals are prepared fresh each week and designed to stay good throughout the week when refrigerated.

How do I reheat my meals?

All meals come fully cooked and ready to heat.

For standard containers, remove the lid, loosely cover, and microwave for 2–3 minutes.

For vacuum-sealed meals, crack a small corner of the bag to vent and microwave for 2–3 minutes.

Meals can also be transferred to your own dish and reheated in the oven, on the stovetop, or in the microwave based on personal preference.

Can I pause or cancel anytime?

Yes — you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before the weekly cutoff.
