How Long Do Meals Stay Fresh?

For our local South Florida customers, we recommend enjoying or freezing your meals by the expiration date, which is typically 3-4 days after delivery. For customers receiving shipped meals, we suggest consuming or freezing the meals within 7 days of receiving them to ensure the best freshness and quality.

What Is "A La Carte"?

"A La Carte" means you can order meals without any subscription or commitment. It's a one-time purchase where you simply pay for the meals you want, when you want them, with no ongoing obligations.

Are all your ingredients organic?

We strive to source as many organic ingredients as possible; however, supply chain issues can occasionally impact availability. Rest assured, we always use non-GMO products with no preservatives. At a minimum, all of our meats are natural, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free, and we use wild-caught seafood and organic chicken in every meal. Quality and sustainability are our top priorities.

What kind of oils do you cook with?

We strictly use organic olive oil and occasionally organic coconut oil, especially for breakfast and snack meals. We do not use any seed oils in our cooking, ensuring that we only use high-quality, healthy oils for your meals.

How Are My Meals Delivered?

For local customers, meals are delivered in BPA-recyclable, microwave-safe plastic containers. For customers receiving shipped meals, we use the same BPA-free plastic containers, sealed with a vacuum cover, which are also microwave-safe to ensure your meals stay fresh during transit.

Is there a sign-up deadline?

We want you to start your meal plan as soon as possible, but since our meals are prepared fresh, we do have a sign-up deadline. Orders must be placed by 6 PM on Wednesday to start receiving your meal plan for the following week.

Can I choose my meals?

While you cannot select individual meals, our system allows you to exclude items based on the most common dietary restrictions during the checkout process. Any items you choose to exclude will not be included in your order, and you can update these preferences week to week.

What are the delivery times and how often do you deliver?

For local customers, deliveries occur twice a week between 12 AM and 6 AM. On Mondays, you'll receive meals for Monday and Tuesday, and on Wednesdays, you'll receive meals for Wednesday through Friday. All meals are delivered in insulated cooler bags with gel ice packs to ensure freshness.
For customers outside our local radius, meals are shipped once a week via UPS, typically on Wednesdays, with next-day delivery.
