Each week, our chefs prepare fresh, fully cooked meals tailored to your dietary preferences and exclusions. Your meals arrive ready to heat. No prep, no cooking, no cleanup required.

Expect chef-crafted, high-protein meals featuring a thoughtfully curated rotation of proteins, hearty sides like seasoned rice or roasted potatoes, and fresh vegetables, each with distinct flavor profiles so every week feels new.

We offer Balanced, Paleo (100% gluten-free), Vegetarian, and Zero Carb plans. You can also customize further by excluding specific ingredients like pork, seafood, nuts, dairy, meat and more, so your meals work exactly the way you need them to.

Not everything is certified 100% organic, but we hold our sourcing to a high standard, prioritizing clean, minimally processed ingredients and avoiding anything heavily refined or artificial.

We deliver locally throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County and ship nationwide via Fedex.

Local customers receive fresh deliveries via insulated vans twice per week, while customers outside our delivery area receive one vacuum-sealed shipment per week, typically arriving within 1-2 days of leaving our facility.

We offer two delivery methods depending on your location:

Local Delivery- Miami-Dade and Broward:

Meals are delivered twice per week to maximize freshness. Your first delivery covers the beginning of the week, and your second delivery covers the remainder of the week.

Nationwide Shipping:

Customers outside our local deliver area receive one Fedex shipment per week. Meals are vacuum sealed for freshness and typically arrive within 1-2 days after leaving our facility on Tuesdays. Most customer in the Southeast region receive their meals by end of day Wednesday, while other areas of the country will receive delivery by end of day Thursday.

All meals are prepared fresh each week and are designed to stay refrigerator-fresh from your first delivery through the end of the week.

Every meal arrives fully cooked and ready to heat in minutes. Standard containers: Remove the lid, loosely cover, and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Vacuum-sealed meals: Crack a small corner of the bag to vent, then microwave for 2-3 minutes. Prefer the stovetop or oven? Simply transfer to your own dish and reheat however suits you best.

Recurring subscriptions are charged at the very start of Wednesday, at 12:00 AM. All requests to pause, cancel, or modify an upcoming order must be submitted before Wednesday begins. Once the charge has been processed, your meals are confirmed for the upcoming delivery week, and any requested changes will take effect the following week.

New customers must place their first order by Friday at 6:00 PM to receive meals for the upcoming delivery week.
